How full-day game drives work

A full-day game drive normally runs from 06:00 to 18:00. Arrival-day half-day drives can be added when timing works, but the standard package counts full safari days after arrival.

Kitumo Mara is for one group at a time. You have the villa, pool, living areas, dining spaces, and team to yourselves.

All meals included

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, coffee, daily bottled water, soft drinks, and snacks are included. Unlimited alcohol is not included in the standard rate.

Safari priced by vehicle

Game drives and Nairobi transfers are priced around the private vehicle. That is why the total changes so much between 2 guests and 6 guests.

Children under 9

Children under 9 stay free for accommodation and meals when sharing with adults. This can make a big difference for families.

Why the total changes by group size: accommodation is charged per adult/night, while transfers and game drives use a private vehicle. A couple may prefer the lower small-group vehicle rate; a family or 6-guest group usually pays less per person because the vehicle is shared.
