Taking my parents to this place was one of the best decisions I made. My parents loved the experience and I would recommend the place for your anniversaries birthdays or anything special a couple or family might want to celebrate. They did a surprise celebration for my mum who was celebrating her birthday and we totally felt special. It was awesome. Apart from its proximity to the park, I loved the fact that the rooms were spacious and modern something that's lacking in the Mara. I believe you can combine both bush and modernity without being forced to enjoy the bush life so if you are one of those travelers who still love having a TV and wifi in your room. If you are a business traveler or work remotely too, this place would be perfect because of the wifi and ambience. I loved their balcony views but I'd recommend that you carry warm clothes because its a bit windy. The staff too is great and warm and will assist you in everything. They are locals so they will be able to answer all your questions about the Mara and their culture should you wish to learn more. The host too were friendly and warm. They kept us entertained and were attentive to our needs while we were there. We loved the game drive experience as well and our tour guide, Abel was incredibly knowledgeable answering all my parents questions and ensuring that we were comfortable the entire time.
